That awkward moment when your Playstore refuses to download or even sign in when you tried to download important applications. This is a common problem to android users but here are steps to take and fix it completely.

Step One:
If you find it difficult to Sign in or you get the "Couldn't Sign in...." message, first is to check your network connection if it is on 3G or 4G(depending on the device).

Now go to settings and click App or App management

Step two:  Scroll to ALL and locate Google Play Services and click on it.

Step Three: Click clear data and force stop then uninstall updates. Do same for Google Play store app

Step Four: Go back to Settings and click on Accounts, locate the google account and click

Step Five:  Click on the option(3 dots) on the right top on your screen. Click remove account.

You will have to sign in again to your playstore and downloading will be restored.

Feel free to ask question if you don't understand
